Plymouth Argyle have announced the signing of winger Ibrahim Cissoko on loan from Toulouse.

The 21-year-old only joined Toulouse last season from NEC Nijmegen but has only made a handful of appearances for the French side.

This season, Cissoko will be playing under Wayne Rooney in the English Championship. He has been loaned to Plymouth Argyle for the campaign.

Cissoko is a Netherlands U21 international and he cost Toulouse €3 million.
