Liverpool want to replace Robertson with PL star?
Liverpool are reportedly monitoring Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez ahead of a potential transfer move next year.
The Reds presently have
Andy Robertson as their regular left-back option with
Kostas Tsimikas providing the back-up when required.
However, manager Arne Slot could contemplate a change next year, considering Robertson is no longer in his prime.
The Scotland international has looked vulnerable defensively this term and this could be an indication of his possible decline.
Caught Offside claim that the Reds held tentative talks with the Cherries over Kerkez last summer and they continue to keep tabs.
Kerkez only joined the Cherries at the start of last season, but he has already been touted to secure a much bigger challenge.
Manchester United are also admirers of the highly-rated 20-year-old, who could be available for around £40 million next summer.
The Cherries are aware of the high-profile interest and they are unlikely to block his exit, should their asking price be met.
