Man Utd suffer fresh injury blow against Aston Villa
Manchester United suffered a fresh injury blow during the 0-0 Premier League draw against Aston Villa on the road.
Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans were picked to start in the heart of the defence against Villa, but the latter was taken off at the break.
The 31-year-old picked up a leg issue right before the interval, and was spotted leaving the stadium in a protective boot after the stalemate.
Maguire only recently returned from a minor injury and it appears he could be sidelined for a while with the latest setback at Villa Park.
The good thing is that United won't be in action until after the international break and Maguire has time to recover from the blow.
United have had a dreadful start to the Premier League campaign and they have picked up only eight points from the first seven games.
It is their worst-ever start to a top-flight season in 35 years and we won't be surprised if Erik ten Hag is sacked in the near future.
