Man Utd to make shock move for Bundesliga striker?
Manchester United could make a shock move for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko when the transfer window reopens in January, according to Tuttojuve.
The Red Devils were linked with the Slovenian star over the summer, but the 21-year-old decided to commit his future to Leipzig with a new long-term contract.
As part of the deal, his release clause worth £55m was removed and Leipzig are now expected to demand a much higher fee to sanction his departure.
It is now claimed that United are lining up a surprise winter swoop for Sesko, who has six goals and three assists for Leipzig in the ongoing campaign.
It remains to be seen whether this has any impact on the future of Joshua Zirkzee , who has been linked with a return to Serie A this winter.
Zirkzee has struggled since his summer move from Bologna and reports claim that he would gladly return to Italy with Juventus interested.
The Bianconeri could propose a loan deal with a buy option.
