Man Utd have discussed internally about PSG star
Manchester United have discussed internally about signing Paris Saint-Germain defender Nuno Mendes in the ongoing transfer window.
The Red Devils have had a dismal Premier League campaign and they have had plenty of troubles in the left-back or left wing-back department.
The club need to add more quality in the ranks in the position and Sky Sports claim that they are lining up an approach for Mendes from PSG.
The 22-year-old has a contract until June 2026 with Les Parisiens and he has reportedly snubbed the latest salary proposal from the club.
PSG are yet to consider fresh negotiations and it is claimed that United could capitalise on the situation to bring him to Old Trafford soon.
However, a transfer would still depend on player sales as Mendes could cost around £50m at the midway stage of the current campaign.
United have earmarked the likes of Casemiro, Christian Eriksen , Victor Lindelof and Antony to be offloaded over the next few weeks.
