THIERRY HENRY is reportedly set to offer Michy Batshuayi an escape route out of Chelsea.
The Monaco boss is desperate for reinforcements this month to help his side secure their Ligue 1 status.
And France Football claim the Blues flop is at the top of his wanted list.
Batshuayi, 25, has failed to produce the goods since his arrival at Stamford Bridge in 2016 and has found the net just seven times in 32 Premier League appearances.
He had a successful spell at Borussia Dortmund cut short by injury last season before heading to Valencia in the summer.
But the Belgium international has bagged just twice in 20 games for the Spanish outfit and is now due to be sent back to Chelsea.
Recently-appointed Henry appears to be undeterred by the striker’s record and believes he could be the man to fire them to safety.
And he two men know each other well following their time working together with the Belgian national team.
Batshuayi could follow his Chelsea team-mate Cesc Fabregas to the Stade Louis II ground, with the Spaniard completing his move today.
Monaco are second bottom of the top-flight and are five points from safety after only recording three wins this campaign.
