It is now reported that the Blues have no desire of signing the 23-year-old despite the constant speculation in the media.

There have been suggestions that they could include Romelu Lukaku in a deal to sign the former Fiorentina man this summer.

However, the Blues have no such interest. They prefer to sell the Belgian to the Bianconeri in a straight-cash agreement.

Instead of pursuing Vlahovic, the Blues are exploring other options in the transfer market to bolster their strike force.

Napoli's Victor Osimhen is a player on their radar, but a transfer is unlikely due to the hefty £150m price tag on his head.
