Chelsea have almost agreed personal terms with French winger
Chelsea have almost agreed personal terms with Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise over a summer transfer.
The west London giants are keen on bolstering the right wing with another signing and Olise is a top target for them.
They are on the cusp of agreeing terms with the player, but a deal is unlikely as Palace have no plans of selling him.
Olise currently has a release clause worth £35 million on his contract, but Chelsea have no plans of triggering it.
They prefer to negotiate a long-term payment package, but Palace are adamant that Olise is going nowhere.
The Frenchman suffered a hamstring injury at the Under-21 Euros recently, and he is currently out for many months.
Despite this, he is attracting high-profile interest. Aside from the Blues, Manchester City are on the trail for him.
The Premier League champions have identified the former Reading man as a potential replacement for Riyad Mahrez .
Mahrez recently made the switch to Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia.
