Man Utd make final Harry Maguire decision
Manchester United have made the decision to keep Harry Maguire amid fresh interest from West Ham United, according to The Times.
The Hammers were ready to pay £30m for the England international earlier this month, but a deal did not materialise due to his demands.
Maguire accepted a huge £70,000 pay-cut on his weekly salary, but wanted United to compensate for the same with a big pay-off which they refused.
As a result, David Moyes ' side decided to sign Konstantinos Mavropanos , but there have been suggestions that they could return for Maguire.
It is now reported that United have closed the door on Maguire's departure with little time left to pursue a suitable replacement this summer.
United wanted to land Benjamin Pavard to replace Maguire earlier this month, but ended their pursuit after the latter refused to leave.
Nice's Jean-Clair Todibo has been linked with the Red Devils in recent days, but a deal won't happen now with Maguire set to stay.
