Man Utd suffer double injury blow vs Arsenal
Manchester United have suffered a double blow with Lisandro Martinez and Victor Lindelof picking up injuries against Arsenal.
The Red Devils faced the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium this evening. The game seemed on the cusp of a 1-1 draw before Declan Rice 's late goal.
Gabriel Jesus made it 3-1 in the Gunners' favour right at the end. United will be disappointed with the result, having come close to securing a lead.
Alejandro Garnacho made it 2-1 for the Red Devils before stoppage time, but the goal was ruled out by VAR by the slimmest of offside decisions.
Meanwhile, the club have suffered a huge setback with Martinez and Lindelof being substituted from the game with potential injury concerns.
Martinez was taken off shortly after the hour mark with a blow and heading into the closing stages, Lindelof was forced to be substituted as well.
As a result, Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans were paired together in central defence and it definitely played into the Gunners' favour.
