Man Utd midfielder on his way to Sevilla this month
Manchester United have agreed to loan midfielder Hannibal Mejbri to Sevilla this month, according to The Athletic.
The Tunisian has been a fringe player for the Red Devils this term and he has been touted to leave for some point of time.
Sevilla and Everton recently made proposals to United, but it is claimed that the former have won the race for his services.
The La Liga outfit will sign the youngster on a short-term loan deal, but they will have the option to purchase this summer.
United are also expected to get a buy-back option as part of the move such that they can re-sign him in the coming years.
Mejbri was anticipated to get regular minutes earlier this season, but the emergence of Kobbie Mainoo has hampered him.
He has hardly played from the starting XI in recent months, and there are no surprises that he has chosen a new challenge.
The club graduate has the chance to establish himself as a key player for Sevilla, who are only one point above the drop zone.
