Man Utd plan to return for 27-goal star this summer
Manchester United will make a renewed attempt to sign Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy at the end of the campaign.
The Red Devils were keen on landing the Guinean star at the start of the year, and personal terms were agreed with the striker.
However, they could not find any leeway with Financial Fair Play and could not afford to trigger his €20m release clause.
It is now reported by BILD that United are still following his progress and they could revive their interest in the summer.
Guirassy has been in stunning form for Stuttgart this campaign. He has already netted 27 goals from just 25 appearances.
Aside from his goals, the former Rennes man has also created big chances for his teammates who have failed to capitalise.
His playing style would be perfect for the Red Devils, who are eyeing a competitor to Rasmus Hojlund for next season.
Anthony Martial is currently the deputy at the club, but he has not played since January after a groin surgery. His contract expires in June.
