Arsenal & Chelsea want to sign Federico Chiesa?
Arsenal and Chelsea could go head-to-head to sign Juventus attacker Federico Chiesa this summer, according to Calciomercato.
The Italy international had a good 2023/24 season with the Bianconeri where he scored 10 goals and provided three assists.
The winger will enter the final year of his contract next month and as things stand, he has shown no desire to extend his stay.
If his stance remains unchanged, the Bianconeri are more likely to sanction his sale and prefer a transfer away from Italy.
Chiesa is on the radar of multiple Premier League clubs and among them, Arsenal and Chelsea are leading the pursuit.
Arsenal are eyeing a right winger to provide support for Bukayo Saka and Chiesa would be an ideal fit for the position.
The Italian has played over 100 games from the role and he has been most successful with close to 50 goal contributions.
The Blues are also eyeing reinforcement on the right wing. Juventus are prepared to sell him for a fee of around €40m.
