Les Parisiens are currently in negotiations with Napoli over the transfer of striker Victor Osimhen . They are prepared to negotiate a part-exchange deal to lower the £110m fee.

Carlos Soler and Nordi Mukiele have been offered as potential makeweights for the Nigerian star, but Napoli are said to be interested in Lee Kang-in and Ugarte.

It is now reported that PSG have no plans to sell Kang-in while they have promised Ugarte to United. The club are prepared to wait for a transfer deal with the Red Devils.

United need to recoup plenty of funds before purchasing Ugarte. They have been given the time by PSG, who are already lining up a replacement for the Uruguayan star.

They are currently in advanced talks with Benfica regarding Joao Neves , who could be signed for £59m. Ugarte is likely to be available for a fee of around £38m.
