Spurs travel to Turin for the first leg of their Champions League last 16 clash this week off the back of taking seven points from a possible nine against Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal in the Premier League.
Juventus could be without star player Paulo Dybala due to injury, but Llorente - a former Juve player himself - warned that the Italian champions remain a force with or without the Argentine.
"We expect him to play,. We always read he could return against us," Llorente told Tuttosport.
"I only managed to spend pre-season training with Paulo, but it was enough to know he has the kind of ability that really catches the eye.
Llorente also admitted that he would love to return to Juve one day.
