PSV Eindhoven make approach for Man Utd winger
PSV Eindhoven have made an approach to sign Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri on a short-term loan deal, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Pellistri made his senior debut for the Red Devils last season, but he has yet to convince manager
Erik ten Hag to hand him a regular starting position.
This has led to speculation that he could leave the club and Romano claims that high-flying PSV want him as a deputy to Johan Bakayoko this term.
Bakayoko has been sensational for the Dutch giants from the right wing, but the club have lacked quality off the bench to influence the proceedings.
If Pellistri were to impress for PSV, he could be handed a permanent deal too, considering Bakayoko has been tipped to move to the Premier League.
Bakayoko was on the radar of Brentford and Nottingham Forest last summer, but he opted to stay in order to pursue a bigger outfit.
United could also enter the race for his services this summer. They could include Pellistri as part of the deal to lower the final transfer fee.
