Chelsea set to sign Noni Madueke from PSV Eindhoven
Noni Madueke has emerged as a surprise target for Chelsea, with the England under-21 international impressing in the Netherlands playing for Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven. It is understood that PSV are willing to accept 25 million euros for the 20-ye
Since making his debut for PSV's first team in 2019, the player has gone on to play in 50 league games, scoring 11 goals, as well as appearing for England under-21 side four times since 2021.
Noni Madueke emerged through Crystal Palace 's youth side, before a move to Tottenham would follow. A surprise exit from Tottenham followed, after the player was released by the North London club. He has since proved Spurs wrong with a number of sterling performances for the club's first-team.
Madueke is most comfortable playing as a right-winger, but can also be deployed as a centre-forward.
Chelsea are leading the pack to sign the star, and it is understood that former club Tottenham will not enter the race to sign their former player. Chelsea have been quoted 25 million euros, and will pay Madueke £50,000 a week to return to England.
