Arsenal handed huge injury boost for Atalanta clash
Arsenal have been handed a huge injury boost ahead of their Champions League curtain-raiser against Atalanta on the road.
The Gunners returned to winning ways with a 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur on the road. Gabriel Magalhaes scored the winner.
In the same game, Bukayo Saka was forced to be substituted in the closing minutes and manager Mikel Arteta was unsure over the nature of the injury.
However, Daily Mail claim that the winger does not have any concern and he was only suffering from cramp after exhibiting a tireless work rate.
Saka is expected to travel with the squad for Thursday's Champions League at Atalanta and will therefore be fit for the Manchester City trip too.
The news is a huge boost for the Gunners, who are currently without their talismanic captain in Martin Odegaard with an ankle sprain.
The Norwegian was absent for the north London derby and remains a huge doubt for the upcoming games against Atalanta and City.
