Man Utd duo return to training ahead of West Ham game
Manchester United duo Bruno Fernandes and Jonny Evans returned to training in Saturday's session, according to the club's official website.
Fernandes was absent for the recent Europa League clash against Fenerbahce on the road following his sending off against Porto earlier this month.
Evans also missed the trip to Istanbul. The 36-year-old picked up a knock against Brentford and was deemed unfit to make the game on Thursday.
Both players have today returned to full training and they are in contention to face West Ham United at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Fernandes will obviously start from the number 10 position, but Evans could be on the bench with Matthijs de Ligt partnering Lisandro Martinez in central defence.
Noussair Mazraoui could return in the right-back position, having played as an attacking midfielder in midweek. This would obviously mean that Diogo Dalot will feature as a left-back.
United will be aiming to climb into the top half of the league table by beating the Hammers. They are currently 13th in the division with 11 points on the board.
