Man Utd want to agree deal for Chelsea forward?
Manchester United are reportedly exploring the possibility of signing Chelsea playmaker Christopher Nkunku in the next transfer window.
Nkunku signed for the Blues from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2023, but he had a tough debut season due to numerous injuries.
He has stayed injury free in the current campaign, but L'Equipe claim that he is far from pleased with Enzo Maresca 's handling.
Nkunku has been restricted to starts in the Carabao Cup and Conference League this term while playing second fiddle in the Premier League.
He has been a regular off the bench in the league games with Nicolas Jackson , Cole Palmer , Pedro Neto and Noni Madueke preferred over him.
The Frenchman is not contemplating an exit at the moment, but reports claim that United have already enquired about signing him this winter.
They are likely to propose a loan deal for the versatile attacker with an option to purchase at the end of the current campaign.
Chelsea could be open to such an agreement, provided they recoup the £52m fee paid to Leipzig for his transfer in 2023.
