Milan & Dortmund enter race for Man Utd attacker
AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford on loan this winter, according to The Athletic.
The England international has been deemed surplus to requirements under manager
Ruben Amorim
. He has not featured in any of the previous six games in all competitions.
Amorim does not fancy the attacker in his matchday squad. He has concerns over his training and attitude. Rashford's relationship with him has reached beyond repair.
The Red Devils graduate is expected to make way from the club and reports claim that Milan and Dortmund are exploring loan deals for the 27-year-old this month.
However, an agreement would depend on United compensating his wages. The club may need to pay half of the £320,000 per week salary during the loan stint.
Rashford has opened the door for a temporary exit for the rest of the season. There is some Premier League interest, but United prefer to loan him out abroad.
