Havertz has a reputation of delivering quality through balls from deep positions and the Gunners could make use of this attribute.

His arrival could pave the way for the departure of Granit Xhaka , who has made his mind up to join Bayer Leverkusen this summer.

Xhaka has already agreed personal terms with the Bundesliga outfit, and he is expected to make the switch in the next week or so.
