Chelsea in talks with Premier League club to sign two players
Chelsea are in talks with Brighton & Hove Albion to sign midfielder Moises Caicedo and goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.
The west London giants have been long-term admirers of Caicedo, and they initially tried to sign him in the January transfer window .
The Blues reopened talks for the Ecuadorian earlier this summer, but they have yet to convince the Seagulls to sanction his departure.
So far, the club have offered £80 million for the 21-year-old, but Brighton are adamant that they won't accept anything less than £100m.
The Blues are still continuing discussions with the South Coast outfit, and remain optimistic that they can strike an agreement for him.
Elsewhere, Sanchez has recently emerged as a top target for the Blues as they look to provide competition to Kepa Arrizabalaga in goal.
The Spaniard could be prised away for around £25m. Brighton are more than willing to sell him as he is their third-choice goalkeeper.
Both players have already agreed personal terms with Chelsea .
