Goncalo Ramos signs for Paris St Germain on loan
Paris St Germain have secured a loan deal to sign Portuguese international striker Goncalo Ramos from Benfica. The striker, who has scored four goals in seven games for his country, will move to Ligue 1 on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent
PSG will be delighted to have signed Ramos having beaten Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund to the transfer. Benfica want to see how well Ramos performs in France before deciding on a transfer fee for a permanent deal, but it is understood the club are looking for close to 80 million euros.
Paris St Germain also await news regarding Kylian Mbappe , who could leave the club this summer as the striker enters the final year of his contract. Neymar has also been linked with an exit, with Chelsea in pole position to sign the Brazilian.
Ramos scored 30 goals in 64 top flight games for Benfica. He has been with the club since 2013, where he joined as a 12-year-old youth prospect.
