Eden Hazard set to find new club?
Former Chelsea and Real Madrid star Eden Hazard could be close to making his return to competitive football.
The Belgian attacker was released from his contract at Madrid over the summer, but he has yet to choose another outfit.
Hazard was offered the opportunity to join Crystal Palace last month, but the 32-year-old decided against taking up the option.
It is now reported that the forward is on the radar of Union Saint-Gilloise, who are one of the top performers in Belgium.
They finished runners-up in the Belgian Pro League in 2021/22 and secured a credible third spot in the most recent campaign.
Hazard has yet to make a decision over his next club, but he could be tempted in closing out his career in his homeland.
The former Chelsea star was contemplating retirement earlier this summer, but he is now open to pursuing a final challenge.
Hazard has also been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, but he has no desire to head to the Middle East for big money.
