Man Utd attacker wanted by Jose Mourinho
Manchester United attacker Jadon Sancho is reportedly attracting interest from Roma manager Jose Mourinho ahead of January.
The Englishman is currently indefinitely suspended by the Red Devils following his public outburst towards Erik ten Hag.
He is working away from the first-team squad, and won't be integrated into the ranks unless he is prepared to issue an apology.
That does not appear likely to happen at the moment. Il Romanista claim that Sancho has asked to leave the club in the New Year.
Furthermore, Mourinho is said to be determined to land Sancho, but any deal could be a temporary one due to the huge wages involved.
Romelu Lukaku accepted a 50 per cent pay-cut to join Roma on loan from Chelsea and something similar needs to happen with Sancho.
Mourinho's preference for United players is not a surprise. He has worked with Lukaku, Chris Smalling , Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Nemanja Matic since becoming the manager of Roma.
