Man Utd lining up move for Inter Milan defender?
Manchester United are reportedly considering a surprise move for Inter Milan defender Federico Dimarco.
The Red Devils have had plenty of injuries this campaign and most of those have been defensive-related.
Left-back duo Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are both nursing long-term injuries.
The club signed a temporary replacement in Sergio Reguilon last summer, but he has also missed games with a hamstring issue.
Amidst this, Calciomercato claim that the Red Devils are interested in bringing Dimarco to Old Trafford.
The 25-year-old is a left-back by trade, but he has largely played from the left wing-back role for Inter Milan.
His attacking attributes would fit with the manager's plans, but a deal seems unlikely to happen, in our opinion.
Reguilon will be back after the international break while Shaw and Malacia may also return before the New Year.
With three left-backs already in the squad, it would be a huge surprise if United are planning a bid for Dimarco.
