Arsenal ahead of Chelsea in race to sign Osimhen?
Arsenal have reportedly moved ahead of Chelsea in the race to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli at the end of the campaign.
The Nigerian has publicly acknowledged that he would like to move to the Premier League and it could happen as soon as next summer.
His current deal with Napoli concludes in the summer of 2025 and the Serie A outfit could be forced to sell him if he does not renew.
Chelsea have been long-term admirers of the marksman, but RAI Sport claim that the Gunners have muscled their way ahead of them.
The north London giants have made tremendous progress in the last 18 months and they are currently top of the Premier League again.
They fell short in the race for the title last term, but are looking much more assured in the title pursuit this time around with a better defence.
Osimhen could be signed for €100m next summer. He would be an exceptional signing and could take the Gunners to the next level.
