Predicted Arsenal line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Man City, Jesus starts
Arsenal will be aiming to secure a ninth straight Premier League win when they face Manchester City on the road.
The Gunners are currently top of the standings but they face a huge challenge against City, who have beaten them in 12 of the last 13 league meetings.
Predicted Line-up:
David Raya is assured his place between the sticks for the Gunners. He has been in fantastic form over recent weeks.
In front of him, it should be the same backline from the Porto win. Ben White , William Saliba , Gabriel Magalhaes and Jakub Kiwior are expected to keep their places in the four-man backline.
Mikel Arteta is likely to go with a defensive midfield combination of Jorginho and Declan Rice to gain control. Martin Odegaard will continue as the central attacking midfielder once more.
Further forward, we anticipate Bukayo Saka to return from a hamstring injury. He should start on the right wing with Gabriel Jesus probably getting the nod over Leandro Trossard on the left flank.
Jesus is quite familiar with today's opponents and should be a better threat with his dribbling and pace on the counter-attack, considering Gabriel Martinelli may not be available with a cut on his leg.
Up front, Kai Havertz should start on the back of scoring in the last four Premier League games. The German needs to capitalise on his chances if Arsenal want to beat the Cityzens on the road.
Predicted Arsenal line-up (4-2-3-1): Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior; Jorginho, Rice; Saka, Odegaard, Jesus; Havertz.
