Man Utd have opened talks to sign Dutch defender
Manchester United have opened talks with the representatives of Bayer Leverkusen defender Jeremie Frimpong over a transfer.
The Red Devils are likely to strengthen multiple positions in the summer and it has been reported that they are eyeing a new right-back.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka will enter the last year of his contract soon and reports suggest that he could make the move to Serie A with Juventus.
Amidst this, Christian Falk has claimed that United are in contact with the entourage of Frimpong as they look to convince him into a move.
Frimpong has been in fine form for Leverkusen from the right wing-back position. He has managed 23 goal involvements in all competitions.
His attacking attributes would be ideal for the Red Devils, who have lacked the creativity from the full-back positions in the current campaign.
United won't face any financial stress in landing his signature, considering there is a low release clause of £34 million active in June this year.
