Man Utd to return for French midfielder?
Manchester United could make a renewed approach to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot at the end of the season.
The Red Devils have been long-term admirers of the France international and he could be available on a free transfer this summer.
Rabiot's current deal expires at the end of June and as things stand, he has yet to be convinced by the hierarchy to prolong his stay.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim that United and Bayern Munich are keeping tabs and could attempt to finalise a free transfer for him.
Erik ten Hag was convinced that Rabiot would be an ideal signing in 2022 and we won't be surprised if a fresh move is made.
Should Ten Hag be dismissed from the helm, there is a high possibility that United will not consider an approach for Rabiot.
The 29-year-old is a central midfielder by trade. He has managed an impressive 25 goal contributions since last season.
Chelsea have also been credited with an interest, but it is unlikely that they will make a move due to their vast midfield options.
