Chelsea could swap Madueke or Chalobah for French star
Chelsea could be willing to include Noni Madueke or Trevoh Chalobah as a makeweight to sign Crystal Palace star Michael Olise.
The Blues were determined to land the Frenchman last summer. He had a release clause worth £35m in his deal, but he ended up staying with Palace.
Palace went on to negotiate a new contract to increase his release clause to £60m, but that is only valid for Champions League teams.
Hence, Chelsea have their work cut out to sign the right winger and reports claim that they are prepared to include a player in the transfer.
Madueke and Chalobah are considered as sellable assets and one of them could move to Selhurst Park as part of a transfer agreement.
Meanwhile, Newcastle United are also admirers of Madueke and they could make an offer of their own for the former PSV attacker.
Madueke could fall down the pecking order if Olise were to join Chelsea . He could prefer a move to another Premier League side.
