Man Utd target expected to leave UCL club
Bologna director Giovanni Sartori has confirmed that Manchester United target Joshua Zirkzee is almost certain to leave the club this summer.
The Dutchman had a good campaign with the Serie A outfit last season, scoring 12 goals and providing seven assists across all competitions.
His progress has impressed the scouts at United and reports claim that the club have reached an agreement with his agent over the commission.
Sartori has now revealed that Zirkzee is 99 percent certain to leave Bologna as he has a low release clause worth £34 million in his contract.
He said: " Joshua Zirkzee has release clause into his contract and I believe he’s 99 percent gonna leave the club."
Zirkzee has the desire to move to AC Milan and he has already agreed terms over a five-year contract with the Rossoneri.
However, Milan have failed to agree terms with his agent over the commission. They are reluctant to meet the €13m fee.
This could be advantageous for the Red Devils. United appear clear favourites to sign him at the current point of time.
