Liverpool could replace Salah with Real Madrid man
Liverpool could reportedly replace Mohamed Salah with Real Madrid star Rodrygo at the end of the season.
Salah has been a key player for the Merseyside giants, but his future is uncertain with his contract expiring next summer.
He is free to negotiate a pre-contract with a foreign club in January and reports claim that Al-Ittihad are pushing to sign him.
Fichajes now report that the Reds are preparing for Salah's possible exit and they have identified Rodrygo as an ideal replacement.
The 23-year-old had a good 2023/24 season with Los Blancos, registering 17 goals and providing nine assists from 51 appearances.
He has continued the good form this term with five goal contributions, but his future with Madrid is under scrutiny as things stand.
Madrid are planning another marquee winger acquisition next summer and it is claimed that Rodrygo could make way as a result.
Liverpool could be prepared to meet the £84m valuation set by Los Blancos for the Brazil international.
