Man Utd make final decision on Sofyan Amrabat
Manchester United have decided against re-signing Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat in the current transfer window.
The Moroccan spent the previous season on loan with the Red Devils. He made 30 appearances in all competitions for the club.
United decided against triggering the €20m buy clause to buy him, but it was recently claimed that they could make a fresh loan move.
It is now reported that the Red Devils are unlikely to return for the 27-year-old as they are optimistic of landing Manuel Ugarte on loan.
Paris Saint-Germain recently agreed to sign Joao Neves from Benfica and this could pave the way for Ugarte's exit on an initial loan transfer.
PSG are aware that they can't recoup the €60m fee spent on him, and they are willing to loan him out with a high option to buy next summer.
United are likely to accept the proposal from the French champions, considering they are working on a limited transfer budget.
