Ipswich Town enter talks to sign Chelsea striker
Ipswich Town have entered talks with Chelsea over the potential signing of Armando Broja, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Albanian ace spent the second half of last season on loan with
Fulham where he was barely in the starting line-up.
Marco Silva promised him plenty of playing time, but he hardly played due to the fantastic form of Rodrigo Muniz up front.
Broja is now free to choose another club in his career and the Blues prefer to offload him on a permanent basis this time.
Ipswich have made an enquiry over the striker recently, but a deal is far from straightforward at the current period of time.
Broja is not necessarily keen on a relegation battle with the Tractor Boys and they will need to convince him over a transfer.
Monaco made a move for the striker earlier in the transfer window , but they were put off by Chelsea 's asking price of £30m.
Nottingham Forest have also been linked with him in the past.
