Arsenal handed big injury boost on Bukayo Saka
Arsenal have been handed a huge injury boost on Bukayo Saka ahead of the Premier League clash against Bournemouth away this weekend.
The Englishman has been a revelation for the Gunners and he has started the current season in sensational fashion with 10 goal contributions.
Saka picked up a hamstring injury scare against Greece this week and he was subsequently substituted after only 51 minutes into the game.
The winger has been sent back to Arsenal for further assessment, but there is positive news, judging by Lee Carsley 's comments recently.
Speaking before the Finland game, Carsley said: "Bukayo would have been close but it would have been unfair to take a risk with him. He’s a positive person and I expect him to be fine."
This clearly suggests that Saka could have been involved in the win over Finland, but Carsley did not want to take a risk with the Gunners graduate.
It was probably the right decision in the end, considering he remains a very important starter for club and country and needs to be handed with care.
Saka is most likely to recover in time for the Cherries game.
