Confirmed Liverpool line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Real Madrid, Luis Diaz starts
Liverpool manager Arne Slot has named his starting line-up for tonight's Champions League clash against Real Madrid at Anfield.
The Merseyside giants have made a perfect start in the competition with four straight wins and they will be aiming to preserve the streak.
Ahead of the game, Slot has made a couple of changes to the XI.
In goal, Caoimhim Kelleher keeps his place with Alisson Becker yet to become match fit after his hamstring injury in October.
The defence stays unchanged. Conor Bradley continues at right-back with Andy Robertson occupying the left side of the back four.
Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk have been undisputed starters in the heart of the defence and the pair keep their places.
However, there is a change in midfield with Alexis Mac Allister coming in to partner Ryan Gravenberch after his cameo last weekend.
Curtis Jones moves into the number 10 role with Dominik Szoboszlai dropping to the bench despite his good showing on Sunday.
Cody Gakpo makes way for Luis Diaz on the left wing. The rest of the attack is unchanged. Mohamed Salah continues in his customary right wing role.
Darwin Nunez has got the nod to lead the line once more.
Confirmed Liverpool line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Real Madrid: Kelleher; Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Jones, Diaz; Nunez.
