Serie A giants close to signing Rashford on loan?
Serie A giants AC Milan are exploring a loan deal for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford during the ongoing transfer window.
The England international has been deemed surplus to requirements by manager
Ruben Amorim and he is free to leave the club this winter.
Milan have been offered the opportunity to sign him on loan with a buy clause and reports claim that the Rossoneri are determined to seal the deal.
Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the Red Devils graduate, but the Rossoneri are making progress, having met Rashford's agent yesterday.
The San Siro outfit consider Rashford as an ideal player for new manager Sergio Conceicao and are eager to secure an agreement at the earliest.
They could make a formal loan approach for the 27-year-old this week.
United may have to compensate part of the forward's wages as Milan are unlikely to pay the entire £300,000 per week during his loan stint.
Rashford may have played his final game for the Red Devils.
