Man Utd confirm second summer signing after Mason Mount
Manchester United have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan on a long-term deal.
The Cameroonian star becomes the club's second acquisition of the summer after the purchase of Mason Mount earlier this month.
Onana underwent his medical earlier on Wednesday, and United have now officially confirmed his arrival from the Nerazzurri.
The Red Devils are yet to present Onana in the club's jersey. This could happen on either Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Onana has travelled to the United States for the pre-season friendlies. He could make his debut against Arsenal this weekend.
The former Ajax man has been reunited with his ex-manager in Erik ten Hag. He has other familiar faces in the first-team squad.
Onana previously played with Antony, Lisandro Martinez and Donny van de Beek at Ajax. He should not take much time to adapt.
Apart from the Cameroonian, United are also looking to sign a back-up goalkeeper with Dean Henderson expected to leave soon.
