Man Utd handed huge fitness boost for Arsenal game
Manchester United have been handed a huge fitness boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
The Red Devils have started the season with two wins and one defeat, but their performances have been far from convincing.
They will need an improvement against the Gunners in north London, and ahead of the game, they have received a timely boost.
Summer signing Rasmus Hojlund is anticipated to make his debut for the club after recovering from a back problem in pre-season.
Erik ten Hag recently said that Hojlund could make the squad versus Arsenal and Denmark's manager believes he could play some part.
Kasper Hjulmand said: "I’ve been in Manchester to watch Rasmus train and he’s in full gear, so he’ll probably be in the squad for the weekend."
"There is of course a caveat, and he must show that he is ready this week."
Hojlund had an impressive first half to the calendar year with Atalanta and Denmark and he will be aiming to make his mark at United.
United paid big money to prise him away from the Serie A outfit, and he will need to hit the ground running soon for the Red Devils.
