Bayern Munich plan to return for Chelsea defender
Bayern Munich could make a renewed approach to sign Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah in the January transfer window.
The German champions wanted to sign the Englishman on loan before the summer transfer deadline, but the Blues rejected the proposal.
The Blues tried to sell the centre-back to Nottingham Forest for £31m, but Chalobah was adamant that he did not want to join them.
It is now reported that Thomas Tuchel 's side have not given up on the pursuit of Chalobah and could make another loan offer this winter.
Chalobah is currently nursing an injury, but he is unlikely to play a regular role for the Blues on his comeback to first-team training.
He is more or less expected to leave the club next year and Bayern could propose a loan deal with an option to buy next summer.
The Bundesliga giants are also preparing a fresh bid for Joao Palhinha . His time was almost complete but Fulham made a U-turn.
