Arsenal midfielder staying put amid Fenerbahce interest
Arsenal midfielder Jorginho is unlikely to leave the club this summer despite the late transfer interest from Fenerbahce.
The Italian has started the campaign as a regular on the bench. He has been a substitute in three of their games so far.
This has spread speculation that he could leave for Turkey where the transfer window does not close until September 15.
However, the chances of that happening have been dismissed by his agent who has said that he is focused on the Gunners.
The representative said that Jorginho is concentrated on the Gunners' Premier League and Champions League challenge.
Arsenal have started the Premier League campaign on the front foot with three wins and one draw from their opening four games.
They recently secured a late 3-1 triumph over Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium. The victory should give them confidence.
The club will restart their season after the international break. They will be on the road to Everton at Goodison Park on September 17.
