Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Crystal Palace, Garnacho starts
Manchester United welcome Crystal Palace to Old Trafford in the third round of the Carabao Cup tonight.
The Red Devils are the holders of the Cup competition and will be aiming for a bright start against the Eagles.
Predicted Line-up:
Erik ten Hag is likely to pick his back-up goalkeeper for this game. Summer signing Altay Bayindir looks set for his debut.
In defence, there could be one change. With Sergio Reguilon ill, Diogo Dalot could be asked to play from the left-back spot.
Victor Lindelof could slot into the right-back role with Raphael Varane coming in to partner Jonny Evans in central defence.
Sofyan Amrabat could be set for his full United debut. The Moroccan is likely to start from the number six position tonight.
We fancy Christian Eriksen to partner him. Mason Mount has returned to training, but the manager may handle him with caution.
In attack, Facundo Pellistri and Alejandro Garnacho could start out wide as part of the likely rotation for the third round tie tonight.
Anthony Martial could lead the line with club captain Bruno Fernandes slotting behind him in the number 10 position.
Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1): Bayindir; Lindelof, Varane, Evans, Dalot; Amrabat, Eriksen; Pellistri, Fernandes, Garnacho; Martial.
