Erik ten Hag confirms Man Utd defender won't face Brentford
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Sergio Reguilon won't be available to face Brentford tomorrow.
The Spaniard has been absent since the victory over Burnley with a hamstring injury. He returned to full training earlier today, but Ten Hag has revealed that tomorrow's game will come too soon for him.
With Reguilon unfit, the Red Devils will continue to be without a specialist left-back, considering Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are out with long-term injuries. They could return in late November.
Sofyan Amrabat , who has started as the makeshift left-back in the last three games, is expected to continue in the role against the Bees at Old Trafford.
United are currently 10th in the Premier League standings with only nine points on the board. They are already seven points adrift of the top four.
Saturday's game against the Bees is a must-win for them or else they could lose further ground on the Champions League qualification places.
