Predicted Arsenal line-up (4-2-3-1) vs West Ham, Tomiyasu starts
Arsenal will be aiming for a fourth successive Premier League win when they face West Ham United at the London Stadium this afternoon.
The Gunners are currently five points adrift of leaders Liverpool and will be aiming to reduce the deficit to just two with another victory.
Predicted Line-up:
David Raya has kept six clean sheets in the top-flight campaign and his form has picked up over recent weeks. The Spaniard is assured to continue in goal against the Hammers.
In front of him, there could be an enforced change with Oleksandr Zinchenko nursing an injury. Takehiro Tomiyasu looks likely to get the nod at left-back after his return from Asian Cup duty.
Ben White , William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes will form the rest of the backline as usual. In midfield, we should see the partnership of Jorginho and Declan Rice once more.
Jorginho was brilliant with his duel-winning ability and ball control in the centre of the park and the fans will be hoping for more of the same from the Italian in the London derby.
In front of him, it should be the same front four of Bukayo Saka , Martin Odegaard , Gabriel Martinelli and Kai Havertz . Havertz's aerial presence could be useful in the box.
Gabriel Jesus , who is doubtful with a knee injury, missed two golden chances to score in the last meeting between the sides. Havertz could do better with his aerial presence.
Predicted Arsenal line-up (4-2-3-1): Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Tomiyasu; Rice, Jorginho; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Havertz.
