Man Utd ready to pay £51m to sign Brazilian ace
Manchester United are ready to pay £51 million to sign Juventus centre-back Gleison Bremer at the end of the campaign.
The Red Devils are currently on the verge of parting ways with Raphael Varane whose contract expires at the end of June.
Bremer has been earmarked as the potential replacement and reports claim that they are now weighing up a summer approach.
Bremer's release clause of £51m will only come into effect next year, but United are prepared to tempt Juventus with a similar offer.
Juventus are said to be evaluating their options and there is a possibility that they could part ways with Bremer for such a fee.
The club are currently looking at Bologna's Riccardo Calafiori as a replacement and he could be signed for £26m.
Juventus stand to make a profit from Bremer's sale and this could encourage them to do business with the Red Devils.
Bremer is said to be excited by the prospect of moving to the Premier League. Chelsea are also keeping tabs on him.
