Arsenal set to demand hefty fee for Ramsdale sale?
Arsenal will reportedly demand a hefty transfer fee to part ways with goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale this summer.
The Englishman has played second fiddle to
David Raya in goal this season. He has made only four appearances since the September international break.
Ramsdale is likely to push for a new challenge during the next transfer window , but TeamTalk report that the Gunners won't let him go on the cheap.
The 25-year-old is currently contracted to the north London giants until the summer of 2026. There is an option to extend his stay for another year.
With three more years left in his deal, Mikel Arteta 's side are set to demand a hefty price of around £60 million for the former Sheffield United man.
Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United are currently interested in signing him, but neither are likely to pay such a huge transfer figure.
Arsenal may have to lower their transfer demands if they want to recoup funds to spend on other targets during the summer transfer window .
