Erik ten Hag confirms double injury blow for Sheffield game
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed a double injury blow ahead of the Premier League encounter against Sheffield United tomorrow.
The Red Devils have had a difficult league campaign and they are currently placed seventh in the table with only 50 points on the board.
The club have another six games left in the season and may have to win the majority of those to qualify for European football next term.
Ahead of tomorrow's game, Ten Hag has provided worrying news by confirming that Scott McTominay and Marcus Rashford are doubtful.
Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes also picked up knocks last weekend, but the Dutchman expects them to return for the game.
Ten Hag's position is currently under scrutiny and the upcoming clash against Sheffield is a must-win for him as well as the club.
United have recently contacted Thomas Tuchel of Bayern over succeeding Ten Hag. The talks could intensify if United's poor form continues.
