Mauricio Pochettino responds to question on his Chelsea future
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has sent a response over his Blues future following the 2-1 Premier League win over Bournemouth on Sunday.
The west London giants ended the campaign on a high with a victory over the Cherries. It was their fifth successive triumph in the English top-flight.
As a result, the club have qualified for European football and speaking after the game, Pochettino was posed with plenty of questions over the season.
The Argentine tactician was also asked about his future. In response, he said: "That is a question for the owners and the sporting director."
Chelsea are currently looking at different options on the table for next season and there is a possibility that Pochettino could be sacked.
Kieran McKenna, who recently guided Ipswich Town to back-to-back promotions, is one of the front-runners for the head coach role.
The Blues are also admirers of Robert De Zerbi, but the Italian is more likely to head to the Bundesliga with Bayern favourites to appoint him.
